Thank you for taking the time to complete your student’s athletic packet in Final Forms. We truly appreciate your support in helping us stay organized and prepared for the upcoming school year.


As a quick reminder, please be sure that:

    An up-to-date physical is uploaded to your child’s Final Forms account.
    

    • 

  • 

    You have selected all sports your child plans to try out for during the 2025–26 school year.
    

    • 



This helps ensure your child is fully cleared to participate when tryouts begin.
